Day 1                D.F. - Zinacantepec -  Nevado de Toluca - Temascaltepec

Zinacantepec. Here we will visit the ex-convento de la orden franciscano wich is XVI century,this museum has 18 showrooms, the Bautisterio, where we will find the baptismal font, and show us the native handmad, knowing like tequitqui art. We continue to Xinantécatl Volcano, best know like Toluca's Snowy. This colossus, keeper of the area, is the 4th biggest mountain of Mexico, but unlike other, the ascense is relatively easy cause we can arrive until its crater where we found the Sun and Moon Lagoons, with turqoise colours and deep blue. Then we will go to Temascaltepec.


Bordering by mountains and forest, Temascaltepec is located in a beautiful gully where it seems like time stops in colonial era. Houses with the traditional red roofs and irregular stoned streets at main square. On sunday, the artisans embroided and make beautiful works of ravel. Here we found The Santuario de la Mariposa Monarca that give us every year one of the most beautiful phenomenon of nature.  Also we found  Peñón del Diablo with almost vertical walls and extensive forest where fearless flyers hang gliding and paragliding are launched to the sky to make a ttavel by air. Free evening at Temascaltepec. Accommodation. Dinner.



Day 2               Temasclatepec - Valle de Bravo - Toluca - D.F.

Breakfast. After to enjoy our meals, we will fo to Real de Arriba. This is a little town where keep old houses with red roofs, balcony and big windows of colonial architecture. Around, there are abandoned mines that old times produced valuable minerals; small and well drawn square where we can see the small church of  XVIII century, baroque style, holds inside an interesting baroque altarpiece that give us the feeling to be in another era.   Browse this place allow visitors move in times of mining and also will be able to enjoy the beautiful landscape. Also we will visit the Ochid green river where many ochid are cultivated, produced and marketed. The owners, Cusi de Iturbide family, dedicated a long time to investigate about this beautiful flowers and was until 1990 when opened this place where we find native species of Mexico. Continue to Valle de Bravo, one of the most iconic magical towns of  Estado de México,  where we will visit the house of prayers  Carmelita Maranathá built half of century ago; gardens, yards and chapels conbine architectonical elements of romantic inspiration that invite you to meditation. Continue to Valle de Bravo downtown to walk by its streets and visit   San Francisco de Asís main church and craftmarket with Mazahua, Otomi or Matlazinca produces like textile embroidery, wood, pottery, clay, even jewel. After lunch we will take a tour by the lake enjoyin this magical town.


Finally we will visi Toluca City where we will visit the most interesting points in the city, where we found Botanic Garden "Cosmovitral", one of the largest sets of stained glasses in the world, made by Master Leopoldo Flores; then we visit San José Church; the doorways have given personality to this city, also we will visit Templo del Carmen, La Merced Temple. Back to Mexico City. End of our services,
